Construction funding: Defense plan authorizes $93M for Eglin AFB construction, $450M for Tyndall

Monday’s announcement comes just two weeks after the DoD announced that EMR was among five companies chosen for shares of work under a separate five-year, $164 million contract involving NAVFAC Southeast facilities in Northwest Florida, Tennessee and Mississippi. Work under that contract will include construction, renovation, repair and design work for industrial facilities as well as air traffic control, infrastructure and training facilities, according to the DoD.
